How do you gauge your motorcycle fuel levels?

Updated: Jun 12, 2023

A motorcycle fuel gauge is a device that displays the amount of fuel in the motorcycle's fuel tank. Some motorcycles come equipped with a fuel gauge as standard equipment, while others may not have one. In motorcycles without a fuel gauge, riders typically rely on the odometer and fuel level warning light to estimate the amount of fuel remaining in the tank.

There are also aftermarket fuel gauges that can be installed on motorcycles that do not have one as standard equipment. These gauges can be mechanical or electronic, and they work by measuring the level of fuel in the tank using a float or sensor. Some of these gauges can be mounted on the fuel tank itself, while others can be mounted on the handlebars or dashboard.

Tankefy is currently working on new and improved fuel gauges and sensors for your ride. Keep an eye out for future products!
